Cafelat Robot

The Cafelat Robot is easily my favorite coffee gear purchase of all time. It makes amazing espresso that $6000 espresso machines can struggle to match. The workflow is simple, cleanup is easy, and there is almost no required maintenance to keep it in working shape.

It also makes me smile every time I look at it on my kitchen counter.

DF 64 Gen 2

The DF line of flat burr grinders are a perfect blend of functionality and affordability. I've had mine for over a year now and it's a workhorse!

Gaggia Classic

The Gaggia Classic was my first espresso machine. It's a semi-automatic and was the perfect machine to introduce me to the world of espresso. Once I got the Cafelat Robot, I packed it up and placed into storage. There are some interesting modifications you can install on the Gaggia like the Gaggimate that I may try sometime in the future, but at the moment the Cafelat Robot is all I need.

Aeropress

I've been an Aeropress user for over 20 years now! It was the piece of coffee gear that got me interested in good coffee. I use it way less these days, but it's the perfect piece of gear to throw into a bag when traveling.
